Communication is key. A good leader listens and cares about everyone's wants and needs. In my opinion a good leader should be respectful and understanding. I am inspired by passionate enthusiasm, and by optimism (nice generic answers, I know). I'm also very inspired when I see people speak out about things that matter to them, and speak up when they see wrong doings in the world.
